I would then ask his part of the story, and then bring the people he decided to murder. If they admitted that the guy/girl killed them for random purposes I would warn them, but if it happened again I would ban them. Or another situation, say someone was being extremely disrespectful and wouldn't follow orders given by a commander or a higher ranking official. I would end up warning them, if it happened again it would result in a kick but if they come back doing the same thing I would ban them.
